Toronto School of Management launches with five professional development programs

Toronto, 16 October 2017 – Students and professionals looking to develop their careers will now have a new option in Canada.

The Toronto School of Management (TSoM) will be opening for its first intake in March 2018, offering courses in accountancy, business and hospitality. As a Designated Learning Institution (DLI), the downtown-based school will be open to both domestic and international applicants alike.

With a portfolio ranging from diplomas to preparatory examination courses and apprenticeship training, TSoM is positioning itself as a leading private post-secondary education institution. Its campus can accommodate over a thousand full-time students.

Students at TSoM will be able to choose from the following courses:

Focussing on practical hands-on learning, the courses will prepare them to be immediately competitive in the business world.

The teaching will be supported by work experience with partners, where the theories learned in the classroom can be applied directly in the real workplace. The school works with industry leaders to design and deliver innovative, career-centric programs to provide students with the right combination of academic excellence and practical hands-on experience.

“The ambition is to establish ourselves as an education provider with strong ties to businesses in Ontario, but also to look at the worldwide business scenario. London, 11 January 2018 - The University of Law (ULaw) has been commended by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) for the enhancement of student learning opportunities.

Only 25% of Universities and Colleges with higher education provision achieved a Commendation during 2014/15 and 2015/16.
