Global University Systems acquires London College of Creative Media

London, 13 January 2018 - Global University Systems today announced the acquisition of the London College of Creative Media (LCCM), an institution which specialises in music, creative writing, coding and creative entrepreneurship programmes. The acquisition will enable GUS to support LCCM through its next phase of growth and ensure students are able to complete their courses without interruption through LCCM’s existing collaboration with the Open University.

The University of Law commended for the enhancement of student learning by Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education

London, 11 January 2018 - The University of Law (ULaw) has been commended by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) for the enhancement of student learning opportunities.

Only 25% of Universities and Colleges with higher education provision achieved a Commendation during 2014/15 and 2015/16.

London, 15 November 2017 - Global University Systems today announced the appointment of Cyndi McLeod to the position of CEO of Global University Systems Canada in which capacity she will also serve as Chair of the Board of Directors and Governors of its Vancouver-based subsidiary University Canada West and have responsibility for the group’s expansion and wider operations in the country, which include The Language Gallery and the Toronto School of Management.

TLG and High Q to deliver English language course in Israel

The Language Gallery and High Q have partnered to introduce TLG’s General English programme to Israel.

The course is set to start in November and will be available in all High Q branches (more than 25 schools). There are also plans to add more elective courses in the future.

The Toronto School of Management (TSoM) will be opening for its first intake in March 2018, offering courses in accountancy, business and hospitality. As a Designated Learning Institution (DLI), the downtown-based school will be open to both domestic and international applicants alike.
