NCT announces two new programmes
This month, Niagara College – Toronto announced the introduction of two exciting programmes for the Spring 2024 Term. The first programme, Personal Support Worker Certificate, is a one-year Ontario college certificate programme that will train students to become skilled and compassionate healthcare providers, creating graduates who are ready to positively impact the quality of life of others.
The second programme, Nursing Leadership and Healthcare Management, is a one-year Ontario graduate certificate programme available to internationally trained nurses and aims to develop their leadership ability and capacity to manage the multiple factors influencing healthcare at the organisational and system levels.
Ehsan Safdari, President of Global University Systems Canada Colleges, stated: “The Personal Support Worker and Nursing Leadership and Healthcare Management programmes will provide students with hands-on, experiential training, collaboration with our faculty of industry professionals and a chance to contribute positively to the quality of life of others.”
