Christina Muzzu, UE lecturer in English and initiator of the exchange, said: "As the name suggests, with this initiative, we aim to build bridges at a time when the world is increasingly concerned about its democracy. Engaging with young people from Ukraine represents a unique exchange for our students in Germany. Their perspectives on current challenges provide us with valuable insights."

In addition to professional training, UE places special emphasis on the development of soft skills. The programme offers students from both countries the opportunity to strengthen their critical thinking, improve their English language skills, and employ pedagogical methods such as Design Thinking, Iceberg Models, or Transformation Mapping."
