CEO of GUS Canada awarded Honorary Doctorate by IAU
Last week, Cyndi McLeod, CEO of GUS Canada, was awarded an honorary doctorate in Business Administration for Educational Leadership by the International American University (IAU), during a ceremony held at the university’s campus in Orange County. Key leaders from IAU were present at the event, including President Dr Ryan Doan.
In her acceptance speech, Dr Cyndi McLeod expressed: “This moment is especially meaningful to me because it reflects the shared purpose that unites us as educators, learners, and leaders. I accept this honorary doctorate not only as a recognition of past contributions but also as a call to continue championing the transformative power of education.”
In 2024, GUS Canada played a key role in facilitating the signing of an articulation agreement between IAU and the University of Niagara Falls Canada.
