TSoM Tutor Recognised as an Emerging Scholar for Second Year in a Row

Janki Shah, a Business Faculty Member at Toronto School of Management, has been recognised as an Emerging Scholar for the second year in a row at the 21st International Conference on Knowledge, Culture and Change in Organisations.
Janki has been actively involved in the TSoM community by giving guidance to her students on course planning, based on their degrees and future goals. In addition, she has also been providing judging services to DECA, to identify the business talent across North America, and is pursuing a PhD in Business Management at Capella University.
Hosted by the University of Auckland, New Zealand, the conference will take place from 15 to 16 January 2021; this will be virtual due to the pandemic. The focus of the conference will be on: ‘Preparing Organisations for New Digital Futures: New Rules of Engagement for the Fourth Industrial Revolution’.
During the conference, four themes will be covered: organisational tangibles and tangible values, knowledge economics as the constant, organisations as knowledge makers and the value of culture and the demand for change. Janki will be focusing on organisational culture and change.
Congratulations once again to Janki in this great achievement.
