University of Niagara Falls Canada signs MoU with UNESCO Center for Peace
Enhancing the student experience is at the heart of a new agreement recently signed between University of Niagara Falls Canada and the UNESCO Center for Peace.
Formally signed at UNF’s downtown Niagara Falls campus on March 24, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) establishes a collaborative framework to promote educational cooperation between the two organisations.
Signing on behalf of the UNESCO Center for Peace was Executive Director Guy Djoken, who also serves as CEO and President of the U.S. Federation of UN Clubs, Centres, and Associations. He was joined by Diana Mockute, Chief Partnership Officer at UNF.
“This collaboration opens the door to a range of meaningful initiatives, including summer programmes, joint events, training opportunities, and other innovative projects designed to empower students and foster global citizenship,” said Mockute. “We look forward to the opportunities this partnership will create and the positive impact it will have on our students and beyond.”
