The University of Law partners with Lancaster University
The University of Law announced a new strategic partnership with Lancaster University, bringing its postgraduate legal training programmes to Lancaster from September 2026. The University will deliver its LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2) and Postgraduate Diploma in Law, creating clear and accessible routes into both solicitor and barrister careers.
The collaboration combines The University of Law’s professional education expertise with Lancaster’s strong academic environment, enabling students to study high-quality, career-focused programmes closer to home. It reflects a shared commitment to widening access, supporting regional talent and reducing barriers to entering the legal profession.
Professor Peter Crisp, Deputy Vice-Chancellor at The University of Law, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Lancaster University to broaden the reach of our high-quality postgraduate legal training.
