This inspiring event welcomed HRH The Duchess of Edinburgh, patron of the CMI, alongside influential industry leaders who shared their expertise on leadership, professional development, and workforce investment. The discussions were led by Ann Francke OBE, CEO of the Chartered Management Institute, and featured key insights from a distinguished panel.
