Dr Mathew Knowles visits LCCM for fourth consecutive year as part of ongoing scholarship partnership
Last week, London College of Contemporary Music was honoured to welcome Dr Mathew Knowles, renowned music executive, former manager of Destiny’s Child, and father to global superstar Beyoncé, back to our campus for the fourth year running.
As part of LCCM’s longstanding scholarship collaboration, Dr Knowles delivered a dynamic music business lecture to LCCM students, sharing invaluable insights on building a sustainable and successful career in the music industry. The session also included an engaging Q&A, giving students the rare opportunity to interact directly with one of the industry’s most influential figures.
Dr Knowles also attended a final-year vocal recital, where he offered thoughtful and constructive feedback to our aspiring performers. His presence and personal engagement with the students made a lasting impact.
The visit was a great success, drawing significant media attention. Dr Knowles took part in several interviews during his time in London, further elevating the visibility of both LCCM and its ongoing scholarship competition.
