Last week, the London Academy of Trading formed a partnership with ExSIF, the University of Exeter’s Student Investment Fund, a student-led society that promotes understanding and interest in the world of investing and finance.
Students from across a range of degrees at the university had the opportunity to attend a talk hosted by LAT to learn about trading and understand the importance of networking and investing.
Alastair Craig, Academic Programme Manager at LAT, said: “To provide a truly realistic insight into the world of trading and financial markets, the Exeter students traded on a live platform while incorporating fundamental, macro and technical analysis. Throughout the session we discussed current market drivers and trends, along with what it takes to become a successful trader.”
