Pearl Academy signs MoU with World of WearableArt to expand global reach
This week, Pearl Academy signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with World of WearableArt (WOW), New Zealand’s premier wearable art competition. This strategic partnership formalised during the Prime Minister of New Zealand’s Trade Mission to India, aims to deepen creative ties between the two nations and provide Pearl Academy students and faculty with unparalleled global opportunities.
Under the MoU, students will gain access to WOW Masterclasses, participate in the prestigious Designer’s Day programme in New Zealand, and showcase their avant-garde designs on an international stage. The partnership builds on the success of Pearl Academy’s past participants, including Jayati Saraf, the 2022 International Design Award Overall Winner, and 11 student designers who represented five finalist entries in 2024.
