The University of Law shortlisted for two employability awards
The University of Law has been shortlisted for the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) Academic Employability Awards. The awards recognise outstanding contributions from academics across the UK who focus on embedding employability within higher education.
The University of Law – nominated in the Postgraduate Employability category – was chosen from hundreds of submissions to become of one only 44 shortlisted entries. AGCAS Chief Executive Martin Edmondson said: “These awards celebrate the creativity, collaboration, and impact of initiatives that are not only transforming student futures but also addressing the skills needs of employers and the wider economy.”
In addition to the AGCAS Academic Employability Awards, The University of Law’s Employability Service has also been shortlisted for two TargetJobs Awards, in both the ‘HE careers and employability team of the year’ and ‘Best university employability strategy’ categories.
