Two UCW members named in Top 50 Women Leaders of Vancouver for 2024
On Tuesday 28 May, University Canada West announced that Herneet Dhillon, Vice President, People & Culture (HR) at UCW, and Arshpreet Kaur Saran, an MBA student, were both named in the Top 50 Women Leaders of Vancouver for 2024 by Women We Admire.
Women We Admire is a membership organisation comprised of the most accomplished women executives and leaders across the United States and Canada, and it is one of the fastest-growing professional women’s networks.
Herneet Dhillon was honoured for her instrumental role in driving the growth and success of employee development at UCW. The Women We Admire article said: “Herneet’s impact on UCW’s employee development journey has been transformative. She has elevated processes and policies as she has carefully developed the culture of the institution.”
Arshpreet Kaur Saran is the Group General Counsel of GrowthOps, a multinational digital media, human experience and technology consulting group where she leads the in-house legal department, overseeing the legal and compliance matters and acting as a key negotiator for strategic transactions and strategist for dispute resolution. She is currently pursuing an MBA at UCW.
