University of Niagara Falls Canada announces Canadian Hero Scholarship
On Tuesday 30 January, University of Niagara Falls Canada announced a new scholarship, the ‘Canadian Hero Scholarship.’ The scholarship honours those who have served Canada in a variety of ways. It provides a 30% discounted tuition rate to domestic applicants who are active members, reservists, Canadian Armed Forces veterans, CF One members and their families. The scholarship will be available for of all UNF’s undergraduate and graduate programmes.
Jason Lennard, Registrar at University of Niagara Falls Canada said: “We’re thrilled to be able to offer the Canadian Hero Scholarship to those who have served this country, as well as their family members. We look forward to welcoming them into the UNF community as they embark on their academic journey.”
For the 2024 academic year, UNF’s Office of the Registrar is offering more than $5 million, around £3 million, in scholarships, awards and financial support to graduate and undergraduate students.
