Cyndi McLeod, CEO of GUS Canada, has been honoured with this year’s Special Award for her outstanding Contribution to International Education in Canada, presented by Glow Ed, Women in International Education.
Cyndi McLeod’s career, which spans over 30 years in both the public and private sectors, has left an indelible mark on the field of international education. Her visionary leadership and transformative approach have not only shaped opportunities for students but also influenced institutions, fostering international connections and promoting educational excellence.
Reflecting on this recognition, Cyndi McLeod stated: “I am deeply honoured to receive this award. International education is more than just my profession – it’s my passion. This field is about creating bridges between cultures and opening doors for students worldwide, and I’m proud to be part of such meaningful work.”
